• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any recommendations/suggestions on Cordless power ratchet options for Spyder work?

I've been researching buying a new power ratchet for DIY auto/bike/trike mechanic work, watched more than a few youtube video reviews as well as scouring the net a bit. I figured I'd ask here in hopes of getting competent recommendations on anything that you folks have found to have proven themselves as reliable, durable, and able to withstand a decent amount of FT-Lbs in order to get most Spyder work done. I'm leaning toward the cordless Ryobi 18v extended. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Once you go red, you will never stray. Milwaukee for the build quality and the after sales support. Second to none.

I no longer use any air tools in the shop as the Milwaukee electrics far surpass them and no hose to drag around.

You are exactly correct sir!
When we got married a couple of years ago, I noticed that we had a bit of everything, Crapsman, Black and Decker, and about 3 or four more. Nothing is as good as the Milwaukee! NOTHING!
Sure, they are a bit pricey, but worth it!

The young gent who was at my home recently doing the annual service on our backup generator said almost exactly the same thing about his Milwaukee 1/4" drive impact driver and was particularly complimentary about its battery life.
