• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Did You Switch From An RT to an F3?

Here is what I want:

For F3, the LIMITED is the only one I am considering. Intense Pearl Red is the color. Like the picture above.

The LTD does come with radio, cruise control, floorboards, heated grips, and a lot of chrome. I am thinking, no electric windshield, and less when it comes to carrying capacity (not a problem).

Looking at the pictures, because of the lower seating position, I may be looking through the windshield without changing it out. The taller version would be my other consideration. Wind buffeting would be the deciding factor there.

In addition to the stock LTD, I am considering Lighted Bumpskid, The BRP lighted Frunk bar, and MAYBE an upline BRP seat. That will take a thousand mile or so field test before I make a move.

RE: Test drive in Vegas: I can wait until the units arrive in the Spring here. My usual dealer is where I will buy and if it happens, will be up to him. Trade value and balance due are the deciding factors.

So far, no one has scared me off, but I do feel like I am getting less for more. :dontknow:

I still have the ability to ride and it is one of the things I look forward to each day.

:agree:I like everything that you said above. I must say that I like the Special Series in Triple Black, but I would need to be able to get the stereo. I like the chrome on the limited, but I still prefer the manual version of the spyder. As I said before, I am in no rush, and for that reason, it will probably be 10-12 months before I do any changing (If ever). I do really like my RT, but I really like the looks of a bagger without the rear trunk.

Here goes, I tried sitting on the F3 a few times and each time it was pure pain, the hips just don't like the position.
that red limited is definitly a looker.
i'm staying with the RT
