Difference in 2013 RSS vs St Frame

What's the differnce in the frame on these 2 bikes. Also is the brake pedal positioned more forward on the ST. I remember seeing some drawings but couldn't find them. I may be able to get a smoking deal on a 13 RSS and was thinking I could change the handlebars and possibly add the floorboards and almost have the same bike.

The foot controls are more forward on the ST; I believe the BRP rep told me it was a 5" difference.
