i got my factory hitch in and want to install it this week so i can buy a rack from doc humphreys.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking to do it myself with a friend. we have the bumpskid, some led's & the hitch. we have the instructions but a
video would help.

WOW That was simple looking.
I paid a two hour labor charge to have the hitch installed. Then thinking I might have to remove the hitch to get my Spyder to fit on my trailer (which I didn't) but how easy Lamont made that look. Now I know, I don't have to drive around with my hitch on all the time.
Is it correct to assume you need to put the bolt back through and nut it up with the washer, nut and cotter pin, or can you just put the plastic covers back on?
