There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. My 2019 Service/Maintenance manual is in PDF format. PDF is a cross platform format. If the manual for the 2023 is the same format, then it would also be cross platform. What you need to do is find out the format. The last 3 letters after the dot is the format designation.
