I am courious if there are larger diameter grips avaliable for the RT?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Fairly new here hope this is not a rerun.

Reggie has them available. Large diameter foam rolls that fit over you standard grip. Reggie installs them by removing end of grip, putting hand sanitizer (alcohol kind) in them to lubricate them, slids on then puts grip end back on. Very simple, very effective and he's a SpyderLovers sponsor.

check this out....they are called grip puppies......basically they slide over the existing grip....do make a big difference.....the are around $10.....or some will put on GoldWing Kury Isogrips...they come in two parts......and cost a lot more!!

You can go to most cycle shops and buy "Grip Puppies" off the shelf. They are made of a pretty rugged foam and are made in different lengths. Measure your rubber grips between the raised ends and purchase the appropriate length ones or get long ones and cut to fit. I hear if you remove the end cap on the throttle grip you could have problems with the throttle return spring coming loose. I installed mine the same as above without removing anything. You'll have to work at it but they will eventually go on and fit snug.You will also be able to feel the heated grips through the foam. Can't remember the cost but they were below $15 for the pair. Hope this helps.

Grips for RT
I just ordered a set of Original Grip Buddies. They wrap around the original RT grips. The heated grips will still work. Should receive them Monday or Tuesday and will let you know! I'm tired of hand ache.
