• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Finally got me some floor boards!

As the title says, I finally got me some floor boards for my RSS. They are made by a guy on one of the facebook groups and fit nicely over the OEM pegs. I like the way they allow my feet to be lowered by about 3-4" and also forward. I hope to run a few errands today and test them out.

His name is Bernard and I came in contact with him on facebook through a group called Can Am Spyder Accessories. It seems that he makes them as ordered. I was able to get them at his old price of $225 shipped. Not sure what or if the new price is different. But they appear to be very well made, and heavy duty. I might do something about another bracket or brace on the front, but they are really nice, and worth the money. The appear to be either painted or powder coated black. I might go back with some truck bed liner to coat them a little later (that is the finish on my Web Boards, and I really love it).
