• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Forget the Slingshot

The Slingshot will be here in the USA this month and is street legal, the fling car is not here and is not legal in the USA and probably never will be.

Cool..!!

have seen several. This one is a bit longer but still an interesting vehicle...

Think about it...
With the way that a lot of folks drive; do you really want to put them up in the air as well? :yikes:

Exactly. Beyond that it will cost more than your typical 2 seater fixed wing aircraft. It would NOT be feasible to drive it on the highway. Do you have any idea what something as simple as a fender bender would cost you? This is pie in the sky. It does not drive as well as a conventional car and it does not fly as well as a conventional aircraft.

As the song by Tim Wilson asks: "Where the :cus:, is my JetPack?"

Don't dare post the song in here... The language is a bit too strong.

But you can go look it up!! :D
Just Google "Tim Wilson Youtube"; it's there!

:lecturef_smilie: But do NOT try this at home!! These are Professionals!

Having been a pilot . . .

I can say flying is great fun. But there are so many rules that it's actually more fun riding my Spyder. Not nearly as many rules AND you have a better chance of walking away from a mistake.
