• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Great Deal at Target!!!

The other day the hubby (Tobor 9) was looking at his Mac magazine when he saw an article about a deal Target was doing. Take in your old iPad and get at least $200.00 in credit to use anyway you want. This only applies to a Target with the Mobility area. We took my original iPad and I was able to get a 16 GB iPad Air that normally retails there for $479.00 for $310.00! Couldn't pass up the deal and I wanted to let my SpyderLover friends know about it also.:chat: This only runs until Sat., Nov. 9th so you better hurry if you want to take advantage!

Gazzell only offered $80. I checked as I just sold them my iPhone 4s for $190. and bought a 5s for $199. Getting $200. for a 1st gen iPad is a great deal!

I bought the new iPad at Best Buy last week, but still had my old iPad2. After I saw this OP I called my area Target and asked about getting $200 if I don't buy a new one from them. The guy said I would get something less after they evaluate my iPad 2. So I showed up today, handed them my old one, they gave me a $20 gift card and said, "Now you can buy a new one if you want to." So I took the card and walked out.

Thanks for the tip on Target.

That's not what the deal was! it was a min.$200 for a working ipad in the form of a gift card to be used for any purchase from Target. We chose to buy a new ipad air but the sale of the old one was at there Mobilty center and the purchase was at the Electronics counter by a different salesman.
