• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello

Thank you for adding me to the forum. I am looking to get a spyder in the near future and am doing some pre purchase research. I have never liked anything bone stock.

I have been riding motorcycles since I was 10 years old. I rode mostly Japanese bikes but had a Harley at one time. My most fun bike was a 1972 Kawasaki H2 which for you younger folks is a 750cc 3 cylinder two stroke street bike that was nick named the widowmaker. I had street bike versions but my most fun was my street legal drag bike. I ran a quarter mile at 10.6 with top speed of 127mph. that was with me a 220# rider. it was a 9 second bike with someone lighter. this was in 2002. At one point I had a 1976 Can Am 250 TNT dirt bike that blew me away with its rotary valve engine and very narrow power band. It would not come on the pipe until 9K RPM and when it did.....hold on. LOL

alas, I am a bit older and am wanting a more stable ride (3 wheels) but by no means want to keep stock. I am going to buy used but am going to be asking about HP mods, exhaust and suspension so I hope we have some more cycle nuts here that cannot live with stock bikes.

again, thank you for allowing me here.
