• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Getting my Spyder ready for the trip to Spyderfest and my new tires were delivered today. I guess it was just in the nick of time as I had a nail in one. Last summer I hit a car starter and took out my rear tire and the replacements were waiting at home.

We we are replacing rear wheel bearings and installing the new Pitbull Bypass with exhaust in black.

NAILED

. Funny thing is the tire didn't lose any air. It was a little one 1/2" or so.
....I'll bet it probably wouldn't have either, that far over on the tread I don't think 1/2 inch would have broke through .....................:dontknow:............Mike

Ann,

May luck be always on your side. I have had nails in my tires and the last one was on my 03 Road King that was so long that it went though the center and out the sidewall by the rim and was two inches above the rim.

For starters -----I try to avoid them:thumbup:

See you and Joe next week :2excited:

:agree:, but it likely would have caused trouble sooner or later, perhaps by compromising the integrity of the sidewall. Good thing it wasn't a Kenda OEM tire. ;)
