Just for reference - both our Ryker's USB Ports were miswired and not functional!

Just for reference... both my wife's 2021 Ryker Rally and my 2022 Ryker Sport had the USB connectors miswired and were not functional. They had the positive and negative wires reversed where they plug into the frunk. In both cases, I lifted the frunk, reversed the wires, and all is good now. If they are functioning, you will see a blue glow inside the frunk.

Yep, mine were as well, easy enough fixed but shouldn't have had to!

These were miss wired from the factory? Holy crap!!!

If they can't even get that right, it makes one wonder what else...

Not uncommon. Goes for the Spyder as well. We find brand new machines with reversed wires, and some with wires and cables that were not hooked up at all. The customer comes in complaining that this or that doesn't work. If it's a new machine, it's almost always one of the above.

The shame is, depending on location, it would have been a LOT easier to hook it up before putting all the Tupperware and saddle bags on.

I am assuming there is a BRP checklist that the dealership is supposed to follow with setup. I'll leave it at that.
