• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just sold my Harley and have follow up questions

It may have been said, but the best deal is one you are happy with. Either bike will be good to you. I will say, I was surprised at the difference I felt on an RTL vs. Sea to Sky. To me (and my bride), the seat was much more comfy and believe it or not, the adjustable air deflectors do make a difference. But both of those things can be changed if you so choose.

I'll add that when I bought my RT new the dealer was selling the bikes as soon as they came in, so they were not open to much negotiation. CanAm was offering a $1,000 off and that was all they were willing to do. But they ended up giving my a very fair trade in value on my Goldwing, actually more than I had any reason to expect.

Looking at the new Spyders, I don't see anything significant on the S2S over the RTL that would justify the price. And the RTL is about $5,000 more than the basic RT. What you give up on the RT is the rear trunk and heated seats. Personally I don't think that those two features are worth the $5K.
