Hey chickridin, these are made in China I think. I saw a post week or two ago with a guy on youtube selling these. They are only 250 cc so not sure how far you could ride one or even how fast it might go. They look cool but just another Chinese knockoff in my opinion.

They're for real and made (I believe) by Roketa. I think that Lamont has further information about them...

Yeah, I saw that they're only 250cc. Heck, that's a toy compaired to the real thing. I figured it wasn't for real. :wrong:I wonder if they sold them at WalMart???? :roflblack: Sure does look like the real deal though. I wonder how they can they use the Spyder name?

All above are correct. These are Chinese, aka, Roketa. Importer had legal problems with these. Lamont had a good thread about these a week or so ago.

I too wondered how they could use the Spyder name--but they are still advertising these.

They mostly appear on e-bay or craigslist. Good luck on getting service or parts for these IMO.

I did find the web site for them. They have it listed under "trike moped&motorcycle" heading but no real name, just refers to it as "250MB-2 Series Motor Vehicle":hun:.......weird.
