My hats off and many thanks to Cowtown Cuba, MO. A couple weeks ago my wife's Spyder broke down on the way to Shreveport from Fort Worth. From 85mph to limp mode was quite the experience for her and she handled it well. I called the good folks in Cuba and they told me how to pull up the fault codes and told me where the problem was. It was the rear wheel speed sensor, later found to be damaged due to bad rear wheel bearings. Because of them, I was able to let my dealer know what was going on.
My hats also off to my dealer, Cowtown Powersports, in Fort Worth. Throughout the whole repair process they let me know how things were going and when to expect the bike back. When the parts order got mixed up, they paid to have a missing part overnighted. That was great!
One more hats off to my RPM 1 extended warranty. They covered all the repairs! Nothing lost on my end except my wife not getting to ride for a week and a half. I sure am happier now that she has her "baby"!
