• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. License Plate light.

About once a month I will start up the motor, and check the variuos lights to make sure they are working. This weekend I did this, and found my License plate light not working. Today I took off the lens and the bulb (a GE #2641) was in tight, and the filament did not look to be broken. Went to auto parts store, and they did not have that bulb. Since the bulb looked good, I checked the fuse in the fuse box in the frunk, and it looked good. I checked to wires to make sure they were not loose, and was good.

My question is, is there another fuse to control the light? All my other lights work.

Funny side note. I stopped by Spyder dealer before taking out the bulb, and they could not find the number on their computer.

Thank you for any help.

Most any single filament bulb of the same size should work fine. If your original bulb has a candle power or wattage number on it then buy a new one that is the same or less.

I did find one that was less, but did not know how that would effect the computer.

No secondary fuse. If the running lights work, the license light should be working. On the RS, check carefully under the fender. The wires come loose and get eaten by the tire.

Remove bulb and re-install,that is what I had to do last week when mine quit working. The bulb was fine but had vibrated loose.
