My first ride on a Spyder was from Burlinton Washington to Kalispell Montana. About 650 miles of beautiful cascade mountains NorthEast Washington and NorthWest Montana. The ride was full of awesome views and unending curves. First observation; the lean was soft in the corners, so it will need a stiffer swaybar and shocks. After the ride observation and comments of the Spyder in general; it seems Spyders are designed for the average size person (I'm 6 ft & 240 lbs) so the seating position is too close and too low. I had to lift my entire leg to get on the brake pedal. My comfort would be corrected if the seat was higher and farther back - I talked to Russell Day Long Seats and they can make me a seat that is farther back and higher (I won’t be riding with a passenger). Other than the seating position and some suspension mods, I think my future on a Spyder will be greatly enhanced. Let me know if anyone else has had these similar situations. Thank. Dan
