Now I've heard almost everything. Watching a TV show and there was a short blip on neuticles. Fake testicles for your neutered pet. Kim Kardasian had it done on her dog. Seriously people?

Some dogs get nutered, then the owner wants to show the dog in a dog show. You can't show nutered dogs, so they get plastic balls installed. It is completely crazy, but they do it.
