• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Installed these on Kris' RTS yesterday. They are really really bright at night. The quality of the pictures isn't the best. But then, I don't have the latest and greatest phone either.

off run brake

These are from Reggie. I like the HMT better than the one from Custom Dynamics. Very easy to install. I did modify the wiring a bit.

We went in a slightly different direction... lights 007.jpg
But the same great source!! :D

:congrats: Her bike is looking GREAT!!

Do you think either one of those options would effect the operation of a brake light modulator?

I have heard, that it's more a case of the Brake light modulator; monkeying around with the bike's somputers...
These examples of brakelights, have no effect whatsoever on how the computers work.

That's too bad...I wanted to get one for visibility...a little gun shy after my last accident.:yikes:
But I don't need any self induced computer problems.

There are a lot of Spyders out there with modulators in them without any issues. It has to be a good modulator and properly installed. Check out Lamonster Garage. There is a video there about modulator install. These new lights have diodes installed in line to prevent issues with the ECM.

:agree: I've seen some RTs with modulators that worked real nice...

...And we've also heard some stories in here...

I guess that it's comes down to what Bruiser said: Quality parts and installation.
