• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello my name is Rob just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I purchased a 2013 RT on August 23. Love riding the bike it is awesome. Been riding motorcycles ATVs and dirt bikes for 25 years. I can't compare riding a spyder to anything else. As soon as I test drove it I knew I had to have one. I haven't had a street bike in many years and my wife absolutely will not ride on a two wheeler. So this was a no-brainer to be out in the open air riding again.
I am already having a few small issues with my bike. The highbeam will not stay on the air ride has a slow leak and then there also is the recall for the master cylinder. But all that I find to be minor my bike goes in next week for the 600 mile check up and I will have all those issues taken care of.
Again great to be here already learned a lot lurking around the site waiting to be activated

Hi Rob (& Wife), I think you are really going to enjoy this site. Many very nice people and lots of good information. Congratulations and good luck with your new Spyder. I bought my ST Limited the end of May and have just bought a 2012 RTS for my husband...(picking it up this weekend)
