• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No I didn't...

Yes I did. Was washing and detailing my RTS today getting ready for an important ride Saturday. I noticed the bottom left service panel was loose. Couldn't figure out why. Then I noticed the panel had been left out of the tabs on the middle panel. So I figured I better look at the right side panel, yep, same thing. I can't blame it on the dealer. I was the last one to have the panels off. So tomorrow I'll be pulling the panels again so I can put them back correctly. Come to think of it, I better check Bruisersbaby's Spyder too. :banghead:

Bummer..!!

Don't you just hate that..take your time one side at a time..better now than watching some panel bounce down the road..!! :yikes:

I had velcro on my Spyder panels but I was washing our car the other day and I noticed a little grill on the front left was loose and I didn't do anything about it. Yesterday as I was waiting while my oil was changed I noticed that the panel was now gone. :banghead:

To clarify, these are the black service panels. On the left is the one you remove for changing oil. Right is access to clutch and brake lever.

No I didn't - add

BRP probably use grommets and pegs to make it easier to service something underneath the panels. Economics again!

Bruiser, the service panel on mine goes on and off with the loosening of the lower screw in the front. The top rear part has to slip under the colored panel first. I once put mine back on without getting the rear part under and just bent it so it slid under.
