• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I know that I've got to get my RT serviced prior to the trip out to SpyderFest...
The Weather Channel swears that next Wednesday (April 3rd), will be sunny and in the mid-forties...

So I pulled the trigger and have made an appointment! :2thumbs:
Now I just hope that they weren't pulling my leg! :yikes: :bowdown::pray::bowdown::pray:

I am betting they are wrong, you should make your appointment for the day they say it will be 20 blow, and we will get 15 feet of snow:D

Just sayin'............

Bob,

I beat you to this today! I rode to the dealer this morning for an oil change and all the updates that have come out for my 2012 RTS SE5. I just rode home an hour ago. The Tech took about 10 minutes to go over some of the updates he did. He went over the software changes on the SE-5 shifting. We discussed the oil change panel update. He told me he prefers to stick with the original way to change the oil, with more of the tupperware off. He said no matter how hard you try to keep oil from the pan/tray with the new way, you most likely will end up with oil that will end up dripping on the garage floor of sometime. He said you if you change the HCM filter, taking off the tupperware should be done. Nice for him to take the time.

I hope the weather cooperates for you and you can git er done!

Just watched the weather here and that is not what our weatherman said. Be careful if you venture out!:dontknow:

Magnets..!!

Mother nature and the weatherman are like opposite ends of a magnet. Now if you could get mother nature to forecast the weather you would have a chance... Go for it take warm gear, rain gear and lunch..!!

Not a big weather channel fan

I don't have much confidence in the weather channel....or for that matter any of the weather forecasters. I do have to admit that Channel 9 in Syracuse seems to have the most accurate forecasts and that is what they brag about all the time on air. Here's hoping they are right and you escape any nasty weather like snow, freezing rain, hail, sleet, thunder storms, high winds, sun spot threats, or just plain downpours of epic proportions.:yikes::yikes::roflblack::roflblack: No worries!! I'm sure you'll have sunshine all the way and everything will be just fine. Good luck, Bob!!

Snow, what snow

It was 90 and sunny today with a light wind from the west. Lets see since the weather here in southern California moves east and somewhat north it should reach you just about the time your headed out to the dealer. Bring your cut-off jeans just in case.;)
