• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Pairing a Sena SM10 with F3 Ltd audio

OK, before someone flames me for not searching, I did look and the most recent info I found was 4 years old. I have to assume something has changed as that said the 'radio' did not have Bluetooth capabilities. I'm pretty sure the 2020 does as the settings are there to 'Add Helmet.' However, my F3 audio does not recognize my Sena. Any help out there?

I have a2019 F3L,two Sena SM10, they work fine.
May I suggest doing a Sena reset of unit.
Have you updated the Sena?
Use the Sena phone pairing for the Can Am to find.
Make sure the Spyder Audio is fully booted up before trying pairing.

SM10 is a BT dongle that is hard wired to the radio so you can get radio audio in your headset. See picture below. So there is no need for one of those on a 2020 F3L. So I am guessing that you are confused and are talking about the your Sena helmet headset. Which may be a SMH10 or a S10 model. That is all the Sena headsets that I can remember with 10 in the model name. There may be more. So yes your headset should pair up just fine. Clear all your old pairings on your headset first then try again. If that does not work let us know and we will come up with more ideas.
