• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dose anyone have trouble applying the parking brake while sitting on the :spyder:My foot keeps slipping off an I scrape my shin (boy dose it hurt) I think the pedal should be extended. :chat:

I tend to always look down at the brake while applying it and releasing. I found this works better for me. :)
 
Same here. And that really smarts!:yikes:
1. I try to look down at it.
2. I point my foot out, away from the peg.

Parking brake will release easier if:
1. It has been lubed within recent history.
2. You apply pressure to the regular brake pedal with your right foot while releasing the pariking brake with your left.

I Have a badd left, hip SO use a cane, too apply, & release parking brake , :shocked: butt any-thing a couple ft. long would work better than bang'n up a shinn. :2thumbs:
