• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Pitbull Motorcycle Jack

Anyone using a Pitbull motorcycle Jack to lift your RT? I have the air over hydraulic standard lift. According to Pitbull, I need the Dyna lift because the standard size jack will make contact with the exhaust.

Any pictures of the lift under the trike is appreciated.

Here you go..!!

Pittbull Jack

I use a Pitbull jack to lift my 2014 RT with no problem. I did put a piece of 1/2" board (4" Sq +/-) on the on lift bar side toward the rear wheel on the frame and the front went across the main frame and the bars that run to the outside from the main frame. I did not take a picture but with me that is part of the course.

just dont take off one of the front wheels the bike will tip other than that those jacks work great??

The Pitbull lift has tie down points to secure your bike or Spyder. If used, it shouldn't be a problem.

I have the foot pump style Pitbull, which I bought many years ago. Love it. I now also have a table lift (air), which does a great job too. Had to add 9" width to the 48" standard width to accommodate the wider front wheels of the Spyder. now I have to back the Spyders onto it, but I can do that! It was originally designed for standard trikes.

Those same Jacks are yellow at Sears and blue at Harbor freight. Pit Bull does not manufacture them. They do use them. Just to clarify for the Newbies.

Jack

Even old "square Joe" uses one.
