• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I watched this video the other day and I just had to have one of these for my tool kit. It will do 99% of what I check when working on electrical stuff. It just came in today and I can't wait to play with it. :doorag:

Looks like a good tool and would be a time saver over the Digital Multimeters I have now. What's the price?

I have the ETC 2000.
Had help doing some electrical & ended up with a short, with the help of the 2000 I found the wire my helper crushed in no time. What huge time saver. I think worth the $$$.

Hey Boys count me in. I first saw this tool on Speed Tv "Gearz Show" and I think it is very useful to have around and one of the coolest tools I have ever seen:thumbup::2thumbs:.

I got mine on eBay for $106 delivered. I'll be playing with it some today as I install some lighting on the RT. :doorag:

Got to use it for the first time today checking power to one of my lights. I was able to plug it into the lighter plug in the rear trunk to power it up and then put power to my light to make sure it was good and then I probed the hot wires to find the one I was looking for. Worked great and having the light at the end was an added bonus.

That looks like a really cool tool.

My only comment is the back powering feature could be really dangerous on the Spyder.
Powering up sections, especially in the display or ECU might lead to bad things.
At the very least codes could be thrown and the worst sensors might be damaged.

Having said that, it's like a hammer.
Really useful for the intended purpose but you can also use it to smash your headlights out...
The end is really sharp and you could poke yourself too. ;)
