• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Pro Caliber Vancouver Wa.

Read great reviews on their service dept.

We are looking for a good service shop in Washington State. Anyone have experience with Pro Caliber? Any other shops? Thanks!

I have never used them, but know many others who have and they are highly recommended.

Shawn Smoak is the Spyder technician at Pro Caliber and a lot of people consider him one of the best Spyder techs around. Search here for many threads that mention him. Also search YouTube cause he's a very prolific vlogger.

Hi MikeandSandy,

Re: Anyone have experience with Pro Caliber?

Almost everyone in the Columbia River Chapter swears by them. I do not.

They have yet to answer the phone when I have called. Then they have NEVER called me back when I have left messages for them to do so.

If you are looking for mechanical work send me a PM as I know a very independent mechanic in Portland.

I have been using him since I bought my '08 ( Apr '14 ) and have never been disappointed.

Pro Caliber

I am very pleased with Pro Caliber. Shawn, there head tech knows what he is doing and responds to my email.

Go to Pro Calibre. You won't be sorry.

They're not cheap, but they have done a great job for me so far.

PC in Vancouver absolutely rocks!! I have always been treated well and if there was any issue whatsoever, it was addressed ASAP!! I really believe that how a person is treated at ANY business is usually the result of the behavior of the customer. Treat folks with respect and they will return the favor!!

I have been going to ProCaliber since I bought my first Spyder in '09. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a 50 mile trip to go there, but Shawn is the best of the best. He's both great mechanic and a true gentleman. ProCaliber has aways treated me well and is a huge supporter of Spyder Riders of America, Columbia River Chapter.

Pro Calider

We live in Lebanon OR. and its a 100 mile ride-drive to Pro Caliber , I would not go anywhere else unless I could not find a way there. I have called Shawn when I've had trouble on the road and he helped me out and called back several days later to check up on me. My wife take her bikeup there when she needs work or service done, And she bought her Spyder there on her own as I work out of town and they have treated her great and as professonal as one could expect. This is a top rated dealer and service shop with class.

I watched Shawn's videos for about a year. I live in the Las Vegas area. I bought my Spyder from Pro Caliber. About a 1000 mile drive. All of the people I've met there were great. If you're looking for a sales person, find Gordon Low. Cool guy. :doorag:
