• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

getting ready to change rear brakes I think I know the procedure but would like to verify before I start. I assume you need key on and release parking brake, then remove nut holding plastic assembly and spring. then remove assembly, turn shaft to loosen parking bake, after that just normal disc brake job, next assumption,i should gently pump up the brakes beforereinstalling park brake. to adjust park brake I turn shaft til brakes just touch then install park assembly PLEASE IF THIS IS NOT CORRECT LET ME KNOW BEFORE I GET STARTED . all help and input is greatly appreciated mike. almost forgot, I had another post about brake wear found read brake to be sticking sometimes, is there anything I should look for or do maintenance wise to correct or prevent this

Jack up the rear, release the brake. Take off the cable, then the plastic thing the cable is hooked to. Before taking off the bolts that hold the caliper, take off the safety clips on the back end of the bolts. Bajaron suggests using brake quiet goop on the back of the pads to prevent squeaks. I tried but could not fit the stainless clips in with the new EBC pads so I left them off and put the goo on the back of them. Lube the slider part of the bolts and a touch of loctite on the threads. Put caliper back on plastic thing cable. Adjust cable until park brake holds bike when on. Don't forget to pump brake to get pads against rotor. Pretty easy. Good luck.
