Revin High and Shifting Down

I have had my 2012 RT S for about 2 months now and just found the posting for all new riders. I never got out of 3rd gear today and on rapid stops I shifted down manually. Made sure to keep my foot off the brake unless using and (the hardest part for me was not to roll the throttle when shifting. Why wasn't I told this at the dealer. Thanks to all for the post.. LOTS OF GREAT INFORMATION.

My dealer never told me .I learnt everything from this site luckily I joined the day I got my RT.3 months now and 3000 miles later ryde it as it should be ridden all info from Spyderlovers.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
