• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good information that does make sense. I wear riding gear all the time in colder and hot temps as well. Many people tell me, aren't you hot with all that gear on? My answer, is usually I need this gear to stay cooler. Shaded from the sun is better than exposed to it. Also, I'd rather dress for the crash and not the rash as I would also say.

Hot weather riding gear

My wife has been buying Columbia and Reel Legend hot weather high visibility long sleeve t's for sun, wind protection. We also have a pair of mesh jackets by Arthur Fulmer that we need to pull the inner coats out of in high vs yellow and retro reflective tape everywhere. She wears ventilated leather driving gloves and I wear my favorite worn nasty deerskins in natural enhanced ground in dirt color.

TIP if your gloves get sticky and smelly try giving them a dose of foot powder... Works great for me! I put the powder in grab them at the top and shake them good to distribute the powder. Then grab them by the finger tips and shake the excess out or you will have white fingers.
