• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Went to the dealer today to get my 3000 mile service. While hanging around I noticed only 1 RT in the showroom. The salesman told me that they sold 49 RTs and 8 RSs this year and when the remaining RT is sold they will not get anymore until the 2013 become available around November. :yikes: This is in Virginia at the Fredericksburg dealer.

You wanna buy mine?

The 2012 RTs are still around. Town and Country (in Michigan) had 6 of them yesterday. My dealer in Mason, MI still has 4 on the floor.

Sounds like a logistics thing to me.

Not quite sold out...

One of the dealers in Greater Atlanta has 8 on the floor and ? out back.
Another dealer, which also has multiple locations, told a S.L. from the Eastern suburbs of ATL that he had 40 Spyders! They had 8 on the floor also a couple weeks ago when I stopped there. Have no idea why so many so late in the sales year, but sounds like some great deals coming up for a lot of folks.

What I think the OP's dealer meant to say is that production for the 2012 is done. BRP production lines are on vacation and will wait to assemble new units until the 2013 model, due in September. However, a efficient dealer can inquire other dealers on their inventory provided that they can make a good deal on both ends (3 including the buyer). Dealers around the Memphis area have a few models on their floors, and ready to sell.

Sounds pretty typical.. they don't want to flood the market with too many 2012's this late in the year.

Should be plenty still floating around until the 2013's come out.

As of last Saturday, Mountain Motorsports in Conyers, Ga had 40 Spyders in stock. Today they have 37 left. The general Manager told me that he just took a flyer on them and really stocked up in view of how well they had been selling through the end of May this year. They have a mixture of RS and RT's but they have one of every color RT on the floor.

Please be gentle with me on all this 2013 stuff. Since I just bought a new 2011--I am out of the market for a couple years. Even if the 2013 has new looks, new colors, new whizzbangs, and even a bigger engine. I do have a tendency to shoot myself in the foot sometimes. :roflblack:
