• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just ordered a short antenna from TSS for my Sirius Radio. I am looking for a short about 4 feet long power cord to power it with. I do not want a plug in type as it will be permenently mounted.

eBay search

I did a quick eBay search for the item below and it returned quite a few options. Maybe one could work for you? Sounds like your looking for a hardwired solution.

Do you ride and RT? There is a power receptacle in the truck isn't there. That is where I plug in my XM radio and listen to it over the Spyders speakers. I leave it turned on, and it goes on and off with the Spyder. I don't change the station much, so not having it near doesn't present a problem for me.

I have thought of using that and I have a cord that will reach from the handlebars back to the trunk I was just trying to get some of the wire clutter out of the trunk. My unit is mounted on the handlebars as I am a channel surfer. My bluetooth receiver is mounted back there and I have to run a cord from the radio back to that anyway so maybe one more wont be too bad.

The battery in in the frunk iif you have an RT, so that shouldn't be a problem. I have an XM radio I swap between my car and the Spyder, and they make a nice in line power supply for it that you just wire into the 12 volt line. Or, just hook it to the battery. Good luck, and enjoy.
