There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Anyone here wearing them...if so what are your thoughts?

Wife bought one and cannot wear it. Be aware they run small and the foam does NOT break in and loosen up like other helmets. So she is stuck with a $600 helmet she cannot wear, its too tight. Thanks to a dealer that fitted it and sold it telling her (like other helmets they sell) that it needs to fit tight when new so it can mold to your head and break in to you. This is not true for Schuberth. It needs to fit right for long term wear they day you buy it.

Its a well made helmet. Its just Team Mancuso know nothing about fitting and selling them.

The wife and I both have them and with the SRC com systems.
We both love'em. The quietest helmet I've ever owned and it's nice having the com built into the helmet and not sticking out the side. Built in radio works pretty well too. She listens to her books on tape, and I my music on my iPhone. And with a simple tap, we can talk to each other when needed.

Strongly suggest that you visit a dealer to try them on to insure a good fit. Where we got ours, they had mine in stock, but we had to wait for one to ship from Germany for the wife; took about 4 weeks for it to come in.

We got ours in July of 2014 and have already used them in the Houston summer and they are as cool as a full face can be in this heat we get.

Worth the investment IMO.

PS: Just for info: we picked ours up at Lone Star BMW in Austin TX. Great staff there in the service desk; very knowledgeable.

i have one and very seldom wear it, it does keep most of the wind and noise out, but a few of us that have them find that we get headaches after a wail and a lot of people complain about one place on your forehead that they leave a mark.

My wife got one just over a year ago. It is a great helmet and she is very happy with it. Very quiet and comfortable for her and she has had a hard time finding helmets that fit her well. I put a Sena system on ours, so can't comment on their SRC system.
I liked the Schuberth too but the fit wasn't quite right for me so I ended up with a Shoei. I thought the Schuberth felt well but upon the insistence of the salesperson, we wore the helmets in store for almost an hour. That was when I started to feel a pressure point with the Schuberth. Then tried the Shoei and went trough the same process and found it was right for me. We bought ours from a local BMW/Ducati dealer that has someone who is very knowledgeable and good with fitting. It can be the best helmet in the world and it isn't worth anything if it doesn't fit right and all helmets fit a little different so you have to try them and see.
I'm pretty sure the foam (Styrofoam) should not break in. The liner padding will, but again, each head and every helmet is different.

It has been a few years (6) since I have been able to ride and I sold my Arai Profile some time ago for my oval head:banghead:

As I am looking rigorously for a Spyder I figure I better get my ducks in a row and find a new helmet and riding gear (looking at Aerostich and Motoport Kevlar).

Cognaccruiser - anyway you could post a pic of your helmet with the Sena system installed on the outside? Do you notice any additional noise?

Love 'em!

After trying HJC IS-16s my wife and I were both experiencing headaches after about an hour or so of riding. Being full face helmets they also made grabbing a quick drink impossible without removing them. So we visited our local motorcycle accessory store, the Iron Pony. These guys literally have thousands of helmets to try. We were looking for modular style helmets and settled on the Schuberth C3 Pro. That was last year. We have Cardo Scala Riders G9s mounted. I just recently added a GoPro mount for use this riding season.
Recommend them highly even though they are expensive, I think my old head is worth it & I know the wife's is.

The C3, IIRC, is an intermediate oval shape. For some reason Big S decided that men wear an IO (C3) and women wear a Long Oval (C3W). I guess I fall outside of their statistical bell curve.

I tried one on a couple of years ago and found it just didn't fit right for me...too round. I could get it on ok but knew I'd have a killer headache after awhile...it left a huge mark on my forehead after wearing it for about 10 minutes. Shoei does a better job of fitting my head shape.

Great helmet, just doesn't fit me.

(Neither do Bells and HJCs)

Working well for me so far

I purchased a C3 W in December. It is a tight fit and it is taking me more than a few rides to get the foam molded properly, especially around the ears.

I wear prescription glasses and found that his helmet has the best fit for my noggin' and eyewear, which I was not able to get in a Nolan or Shoei. We have Sena SM10 headsets - the one issue is that the ear speakers don't fit quite as flat (which might contribute to the firm fit around my ear) inside the helmet and stick out ever so slightly.

With the above said, it has to be the quietest and lightest helmet I have owned and I would not go back to my older helmets whatsoever. It is a little over one pound lighter than my Nolan N103 and it is much smaller in dimensions, which means I don't get nearly as much wind buffeting as I did with the Nolan. And my neck really likes less buffeting,

I know it will take me longer to break this one in than any of the other helmets I've owned, but I do like it very much. Good luck in your search!

I love mine

Got mine, C3 pro for women. Worth every penny..
the inner lining is washable, and back to same shape immediately.
vents are great, and visor is great with very sunny rides.
the shape for C3 pro is different than C3, and specifically the cheekbone area better fit for women.
you need a good dealer to fit you well. I had it from Bob.BMW
