SENA 20S (THE NEW ONE)

Good Morning Everyone...
I wanted to give you all an update on what I have found out this past Monday in talking to SENA
As a SENA STAR Dealer I tend to get the latest and correct information, so here goes....
AS of Monday Mar.3rd I was informed that SENA will start to ship the 20S in both single and dual packs
to the dealers in " the late part of the first quarter of 2014 " from late March to the mid to late part of April.

I know that is not what you want to hear but that is the word all the dealers are getting.
But on the up side all of you who have a pre order in with me will be first on your block to get to show off to
your friends your new SENA 20S sets earlier than if they go to the store and try to get them.

Resdent Expert Question foryou

with new firmware 5.0 available for SMH10 I get error that it recognize device or open usb port. I tried two different computers one running vista the other win 7. any suggestions? Sena website was not much help

Same here, would like to know.
If not available for half helmets, doe the 20S fits itself easily to half helmets like the Scorpion EXO-100.

I'm new to this and want to purchase the proper model right off the bat.

I want to thank Dave for taking the time to answer my questions about the headsets. I was looking online and can say that his prices are lower than anyone else s on the S20.
I'm going to have to wait a couple of months before I purchase them but, I will definitely buy them through Dave
