• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Should I be looking at a left-over 2024 Spyder or risking any price increase on new?

I was thinking of a new Spyder this Fall or next Spring.
Now with the new possibility of tariffs, should I be looking at a left over '24?

I'm in the same boat. I want to trade in my 2020 RTL on either a new 2024 or 2025. I'm curious about the new Dusk color S2S. I haven't been able to see the color in person yet. Some dealers already have (and have sold) them, but not around me. I'm hoping that some vehicles are already in the pipeline and the tariffs will not apply to those machines. If not, and they're still in Canada, there's no way I'm paying over $40k for a motorcycle. Also, imagine what the parts prices will be now.

Unfortunately, the potential for significant price increases in the near future pretty much eliminates your bargaining power for existing inventory. I think dealers will take the approach of "pay a lot now or pay a lot more later"... Not a good time to rely on Canadian imports.

Local dealers don't have an F3T in petrol. Thought about buying out of state and having it shipped in, but one dealer never called back. Haven't tried another.

If the dealer already has it on the showroom or warehouse I don't think the tariffs will apply.
If it is still on order, who knows?
Tariffs are paid at any border by the company importing the product "Spyder"
If the product is in country before tariffs were applied then it is tariff free.

I can tell you the 2025 F3S and the 2024 F3S are identical. Get a 2024 for cheaper if you can. I got a clearance 2024 in August and was $4k off.

Salespeople being salespeople will jack the prices up, tariffs or not, if they can get away with it.

They'll rationalize the price increase on the non-tariffed stock in some way and pass that on to the consumer. That's the nature of business.

Ten seconds after they push a brand new Spyder out of the shop door, which has been prepped for a sale, they hand you the keys, and it is then a used Spyder...

Other than color and a back up camera and price, no change for 25. Dealers have 2024s in house. I went from a 2022 F3L Spl. to a 2024 with the new display and handlebar control changes which is a very positive change and glad that I did.
