Friend works part time in Texas Capital said there's a bill to introduce a new type of vehicle " auto-cycle" so slingshot can be registered rather than modifying definitions of motorcycle. Apparently right palms were greased.

They are pushing a bill in Louisana as well. Home of the (future some day) Elio. I agree all those sit down strap in wheel in your hand enclose three wheelers need a class of their own. They are a growing group but not a motorcycle....:thumbup:

For once, I agree with something that "they" are working on. Should be in a class by themselves as they are surely not motorcycles--as we know them--of course. :thumbup:
