• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SM10 Won't Pair

Got an Sm10 and a pair of SMH10's this week...but can't get the Sm10 to pair with the first headset. Any ideas from the brain trust out there?:sour:

Just got my Sena's yesterday. Went through the pairing process for the pair A & B. Everything worked per lights, sounds, and beeps--but I did not try them out yet. For pairing a third unit, directions say then to go through the same process with A & C. The directions leave a little bit to be desired, and I have not installed them in the helmets yet. I am replacing Cardo 2's.

If you paired the headset with your phone first it might have taken the A2DP protocol and that is what the SM10 uses. I would remove all pairing as per the manual, pair the 2 headsets and then pair the sm10.

I agree. I actually got them on the phone, very helpful. They walked me right through it. No problems since.

how did you pair with the SM-10? I paired my SMH10's together, then used the phone pairing button to pair with the sm 10 on each headset. Works like a champ!
