SPYDERFEST/SUPER 8 UPDATE

We just arrived back home from a Service Trip to Cowtown. As usual, we not only received outstanding service but the hospitality is unbeatable!!! A special thanks to Dan, Kevin, and Tom for sticking with the problem until it was resolved. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

We stayed with the crew at Super 8 again and as usual there hospitality is also top notch ( Great motel that is locally owned and operated).

We were asked to pass along their reservations status as of today.

5 SMOKING FIRST FLOOR OUTSIDE ENTRANCE ROOMS ARE LEFT!

APPROXIMATELY 20 OTHER ROOMS REMAIN IN MOTEL.

THE SPYDERFEST RATE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 31.

We booked at Motel 6 because the website said that S-8 was full.

There is no designated Host Motel for Spyderfest 2011. The Website for Super 8 indicates " sold out" to allow all rooms to be booked for Spyderfest Attendees.

We called the Super 8 a month ago for that reason. They are preparing for Spyderfest for sure!!

Actually, I believe the Super 8, Motel 6, and Best Western say sold out on line during the Spyderfest weekend dates. The rooms have been blocked for us. You need to call them and tell them you are coming for spyderfest for a room and the best rate. We are already booked at Super 8.

Spiderwomans right this year no singal host hotel, Cuba only has about 250 rooms total, and all the hotels are witin view of each other, besides the wagonwheel hotel aka the huligans hidehide, and that's where the party is on the Thursday night at 28th.

I just booked a room at the super 8 and they still have a few left. When I called all I did was ask if they had any rooms left for the spyderfest and Debbie hooked me up discount and all. See ya there hyea:hyea:hyea::clap::yes:

I was just thinking we could have popcorn at a few of the locations :lecturef_smilie: ...........But yes some of my ideas even scare me alittle! lol
