I AGREE SE-5 JUST START UP AND RIDEYou bought your spyder for fun and relaxation...not for headaches...it's time, as Scotty said, to start looking for ways of getting another bike or getting your money back. I am very sorry to hear this...
IMHO, get the SM5 if you give it another go-around...less to worry about...more fun to ride!
They're hardly any fun anymore- no more leaks, they start all the time, 100k+ before a top end overhaul, no more pockets full of wrenches- whatever happened to the good old days?.....
The 2009 SM5 models seem to be pretty solid. My late 2008 SM5 Spyder has been trustworthy also.

That is just not right:dontknow:Wellllll...it's back home...no fixes![]()
That's just wrong! Especially after BRP interceded and told them to do something, which they refused to do. Better look into the lemon laws in your state again. Your dealer needs to get his butt slammed in the door.Wellllll...it's back home...no fixes![]()
1 week...no problems, starting to warm up to it again.
