• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sway Bar Suspension Upgrade for 2013 RT Models

I am in the process of developing a better sway bar for the 2013 RT model Spyder. I have 1 test pilot at the present time but I am in need of a second one. I have the Prototype ready to ship to you. Lamont and I installed a sway bar on his 2013 ST so I can provide you with decent install instructions. It is a bit more difficult than the process for earlier model RT's but not all that bad. Mostly it requires removing more pieces.

I would guess it to be a 2 hour job.

If you are interested please email me at [email protected]

Thanks!

I'm beginning to think 2012's are going to remain very popular for a while. At least until the 2014's come out with a lot of fixes. But then my Harley is at the end of frame build that some say it's worth it to get the newer frame. I don't agree there either. I prefer waiting and letting others work out the bugs.

Sometimes I would tend to agree with you but the bar isn't so much a "fix" as it is an improvement and Ron only came out with the sway bar for the RT (2012 and prior) this past December. The handling improved 100% with the new bar and I'm sure it will do a lot for the handling on the 2013s also. The handling on the 2013s is better than the older model stock RTs so I figure with the addition of a beefier bar it will surpass my old 2010.

Good to know..!!

I'm sure by now there is great interest in your sway bar for the 2013's. The response to the earlier ones have been great....!!:popcorn:
