• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Totally bonkers 'Miles to empty' on 2020+ Spyder - can it be fixed?

Out here in the mountain west of the US you tend to learn to fill up with gas where and when it is available when outside of major urban centers.

You are never quite sure on your particular route where the next gas station might be. I'm sure it's the same in Oz, especially when heading west to Perth.

Remember too, not all gas is equal with the same additive packages, even if the basic gas itself comes from the same bulk supplier at the refinery. I try to use Costco, or Chevron when I'm away from Costco. Costco is cheaper but very consistent with their additive packages, Chevron is pricey but once again their additive packages seem very good. Sunnoco is pretty awful from my experience. Maverick seems to be consistent at least and their stores are good.

Of course, needs are as needs must when out in the boonies.
