• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We went to Grand Isle Louisiana yesterday. Weather was great, high was 81 degrees. Here are a few pictures.

I have very fond memories of visiting my now deceased father and mother in law out that way. The seafood was absolutely fantastic and I miss crabbing and fishing out that way. Thanks for sharing with me.

Grand Isle trip

I've been away from the computer for a while. Wish I had seen a post about ya'll trip before the trip. I live in Cut Off and haven't been down to Grand Isle yet with the spyder. I'd have loved to join you two!

Yup, I rode to work yesterday and today. I left early when I saw it snowing. I thought this was over. This is a very long winter. I do believe we have 40 degree weather on the horizon for next week though. May feel like a heatwave.

I'm with you...very, very tired of winter. I guess we all are getting to the end of our ropes up north these days. I have seldom seen a winter where I could not even sneak in one lousy therapeutic ride. I'm counting on that 40+ stuff next week to melt the remaining ice in the driveway, so I can pick up the Rouge Rocket before Nancy has her surgery the 22nd.
