Trying to remove plastic around trunk on RT.....

I have removed the 4 bolts under the trunk lid edge and the 2 on each side in the luggage area. I can get the plastic to move a little now but there is still something holding it. I am installing the custom dynamics strobe module on the brake lights. Is there a clip or some other plastic part i need to remove first to get it to release so I can get to the back of the tail lights?

There are tabs that fish into the bag area where the screws you took out go. Remove one side and the other side will pop out.

I've had mine apart a couple of times and still forget about the tabs :banghead: .

I am headed home from thunder beach in about 2 hours. I bought a few goodies from custom dynamics while I was here. I had my trusty torx screwdriver here and was going to add this module before I headed back. I am.going to wait till I get home now.
I am going to add quite a few white LED lights in the next few days. Ill post some pictures toward the end of the week. I felt bad about leaving the Ducati in the parking deck so I bought it a few tastefull LED lights also.
