Weird grinding springy noise in throttle handle?

I found it this morning playing around with the throttle. Kinda sounds like a spring on a screen door dragging across the door jamb. Looks like i'm going to have the dealer look at that now.

Is it possible a moisture got frozen? We have fly by wire so it can't be cable going bad. Let us know what the dealer find out please.

Bike is in heated garage so freeze is out. There has to be a spring in there for the grip to return, wonder what kind of spring is in there?

could it be something got in, dirt etc. If your not into doing your own work then for sure get it to your dealer. You don't want throttle jamming or not working. Do let us know what it turns out to be...:thumbup:

So the return spring is in the end? My noise is coming out of the housing right where the grip goes in there, since it's fly by wire type then the noise could be rheostat?? That's worse....
