• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome, BillyBoy

Thanks. I bought my 2025 Spyder RT in October. It's my first Can Am. I've ridden 2 wheelers prior to this. The Spyder felt like it was a better fit for riding 2-up with my wife now that we have all but stopped riding together on separate bikes now that we're getting older. I've put about 600 miles on it now and really love it. She drove it and likes it too. This forum has been very helpful. Based on recommendations here I installed a Baja Ron Ultra Performance sway bar yesterday and took it out for a short ride today. I don't ride aggressively but I Immediately noticed the reduction in lean when cornering. Even on straight country roads where the road changes from level to tilt left or tilt right the bike doesn't lean over as much and seems to track straighter. It should be even better when riding with a passenger. Well worth the money and effort to install it.
Looking forward to warmer weather and putting in some more miles. I'll probably make some modifications like armrests, a driver backrest, and maybe handlebar risers in the near future.

Welcome to the forum BillyBoy. I hope you enjoy it; you can find lots of good information here on the different models of Spyders. Coming from 2 wheels to 3 wheels takes a little getting use too but is well worth it and you'll wish you had done it long ago. Enjoy the ride and scenery. (y)(y)
