• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Welcome, Macbeth

Thanks, I’m an 83 year old experienced 2 wheel rider. Thought I would extend my riding a couple more years with an entry level Ryker. Looking now and have to decide on the 2027 Ryker base model or New 2026 2 cylinder 600 model.
This looks like the right place!

Welcome to the forum Macbeth. I hope you enjoy it. You can find lots of good information here on the different models of Spyders and Rykers in the different areas of the forum. If your going to a 3 wheel bike from a 2 wheel bike you will need to relearn somethings and forget what you do on a 2 wheel bike. Rykers are nice but the Spyder might be better depending on your ridding style. The F3 models is a lower than the RT models.
both the F3 and RT models have power steering (Rykers do not have power steering). The F3 and RT have 1330 engine with 6 speed push button shifter and they will down shift automatically if you forget to down shift. The F3 you sit lower with a feet forward. The RT sits higher with feet straight down in a sitting position. Some of the older models have 998 engines. Get out to a show room and look over the Rykers and Spyders to see what fits you. Used or new they are fun and easy to ride. Look around the forum lots of info in the different areas.
