• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Mile high in elevation that is, yesterday it was near 80 when we left Missouri at 0430 this morning it is 61 here in Greeley Co. at 6am.

Well heck Lee, it was cooler in Florida than in Missouri too!! MO been HOT…

Hope you are enjoying your trip bro. Hope to see you soon!

Oh geeze! Ride one mile (up) and have the temps change that much?

Looks like you're in for some good ryding. :2thumbs:

Heck, we've only had a couple of days hotter than that so far this year!!! And that's at 100 feet! Would you tell us when Summer arrives??

Hey Lee...........enjoy your trip:ohyea:Did you take the Spyder of one of the other bikes with you:dontknow:. Be happy that you still aren't here in Mo...yesterday was another 100 degree day but a cool wave has hit and it will only be 97 today:roflblack: See you in a couple weeks on the MoGang store ride.:2thumbs: We will want pictures!

We trailered the Spyder out and plan on doing a little riding in the mountains. Trying to get the right fuel and let the computer adjust to this altitude, so far it feels like it is about 10 horsepower down and had an error. Reset the relays and went lower octane maybe the trailer shook some loose.

:gaah: trailered....:yikes: I thought you were a ryder..

What happened?? you ill or the temp got you ??

Anyhow, Ride the rockies, they have some great roads, as I have been there and done that.
BUT.. most importantly... BE SAFE.

Don't think the wifes knees would allow 850 miles on a bike.

Damn, just left there Saturday Morning at 0600. I am now at Sea level out in CA, and what a difference a mile DOWN makes :D

But I rode mine out.... Death valley sucks by 1030 in the morning.

p.s. Don't know how much ryding you have, but look up Peak to Peak, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Estes Park.

Maybe your Spyder's pouting because it doesn't like trailer rydes? :spyder: :roflblack:

Hoping to hit Estes Park and maybe beyond tomorrow and if we have time left may run into Wyoming just for the hect of it.

I think your right, if I had or rode it in I'm sure the ECU would have reset as we went. It ran pretty good today with just a little hiccup, still no error codes. Must not be too many Spyders in this area since we are answering a lot of questions and no one yet has ever seen one up close.

WY isn't worth it unless you are wanting a drive. Thermopolis, Devils tower, Yellowstone, or Tetons. Everything else is just wasteland. I would just stay in CO, and hit up more mountains.

Glad things got sorted out. Now Y'all can go out and enjoy what nature has to offer.

Sometimes you have to be reminded you're a Rock Star. :2thumbs:
