whats name of the small slim petrol or gasoline tanks

HI Whats the name of the small gasoline or in my case petrol tanks??? ,i want to put one in my Shad
for a longish trip when it stops flipping raining.


Im sure i read a post on here some while back about them

If you are talking about the MSR Fuel Bottles, they come in different sizes. I used to carry a couple of them for emergencies in the soft bags on my old Sportsters. They got lots of brand names, but MSR was the original name for the ones made to transport white gas for camping. Most any of the sporting goods stores have them. They are aluminum. Never seen any of them ever leak. They are made for flammable liquids. They go from 11 OZ size to 30 OZ size.

I used a 1.75L Rotopax on my Yellowstone trip. I mounted on the rear utility panel and covered it with a helmet bag (see avatar).
