• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Accuracy?

Interesting. Have you compared the readout with an actual gage reading at the tire? Curious as to the accuracy.

This version can be had for about $80 +/-.

Most other versions I find on the net are closer to $300.

I bet accuracy has a price!

RF TPMS

Had a set of RF TPMS on my last bike. They do monitor if your tire(s) are below the normal pressure range that you set. On my last bike (Goldwing) I was driving down the road last fall and the controller started to squeal alerting me to a loss in air pressure in the front tire. I pulled off the road into a parking lot and by the time I dismounted my front tire was completely flat.

There are some who dislike the screw on cap TPMS, but it worked for me and I intend to get another unit when I find the right price. Only problem with the cheap ones is the fact that the controller is not waterproof and tend to shatter when dropped. Ask me how I know.:opps:

Wireless RF TPMS X 4

One for each tire and one for the rear shock pressure.... I like the idea, since my rear shock continually loses pressure.... Len:2thumbs:

I would switch to metal valve stems ,rear stem broke on daughters roadliner on the highway with weight of sensor:yikes:
