Sunday, June 1st is the Blessing of the bikes at Maranatha church in Forest Lake, MN. Between 1000 - 1300 bikes, ride through the church and get blessed. Weather supposed to be sunny and 85 degrees.

Last day of May in the desert is partly sunny, 17% humidity, 3 MPH breeze, and a high temperature of 100 degrees. June 1st will see us cooling down about 10 degrees with a pretty good chance of evening showers. The cool down is being caused by the remnants of a tropical storm passing through our area. Relief from the hot sun and lack of rain is very much welcomed here. Have a great weekend and stay safe..... Jim

Monday morning and it is going to be a beautiful dry sunshine day here in Indiana.
So you know what that means.
But just incase you forgot, I will say it 'wind therapy ryde time '.
Currently clear sky at 46°F. So make it happen if you are able.

High today of 82°F with lots of sunshine.
Low at 59°F. No rain in Indiana Forecast.

It was upper 80’s yesterday in the Hills with sun and little wind, so I got about 150 miles in. Got my motorcycle tan going.

Currently in the desert: 80 degrees, partly sunny, 5 MPH breeze, humidity at 47%. The high today will get to 85 and the overnight low will be 68. We'll experience a warming trend this week and be back over 100 degrees by Friday. Yesterday and last night we actually had the forecast rain. Very unusual for this time of year. It was only the 2nd time in recorded history that we had rain on June1st. Last evening I stepped out to my carport to experience the cool night air. The humidity was so high that I almost felt like I was in the swimming pool. That will come down quickly as we dry out and warm up. Stay safe..... Jim

Yesterday was a beautiful day for me. I needed that for a Spyder Ryde Time.
Currently clear sky and 59°F. All is good here for me.

High today of 87°F with lots of sunshine.
Low at 70°F. I guess it will make everything grow quickly.
Indiana Farmers are making the best of the warm up.

Definitely a warm day yesterday. I am glad to be able to Ryde about any time of the day. I have been enjoying the early morning Ryde Times in Indiana.

Currently cloudy sky at 70°F and it's just 4 am. A 20% chance of some sort of rain late tonight. I will have a wonderful early morning Ryde.

Today's high of 84°F with some clouds.
Low at 66°F and maybe a little rain shower.
So if you are able, get out there and enjoy your own Time.

Thursday early morning and it is raining. They have been talking about this one all week.
Seems like they nailed it. Going to be a crazy weather day with lots of rain.
Currently Raining and 67°F. No Ryde Time today for me.

Today's numbers are okay at 75°F and 64°F. Lots of Rain.
Indoor projects are available. The wife always needs something done.

Currently here in the desert, it's 92°, with a 3 MPH breeze, 25% humidity, and a few puffy clouds floating overhead. The high today will be 100° and an Overnight low of 75°. The 10 day forecast shows temperatures in the low to mid 100's every day, with Lows of about 80°. I'm on my 3rd 22oz cup of ice water for the morning. Those of us who endure the desert during the summer quickly learn about hydration. I keep my house at 79° during the day and it actually feels cool to me. Of course, I only wear short pants. The last time I wore long jeans was when I rode my trike, and that was sold almost 2 years ago! Stay safe... Jim

Finally Friday and looking good for most of the day here in Indiana. Currently a little cloudy/smoke haze at 67°F. The rain showers yesterday should help with some of the air pollution. I sure hope so.

Today's high will be 78°F with clouds.
Low at 62°F. No rain in our forecast for today here in Indiana.

Hopefully everyone gets back on their Spyder's soon and enjoy some ryde time. I am going out this morning and
will make it happen.

Weekend Weather from Indiana. Currently cloudy sky at 61°F. Well folks, the weather people weren't very good about yesterday evening. We had some good ole rain that was scheduled for today.
Oh well such is life. I got most of my yard work done. The wife said she was happy.

Today we are scheduled for some afternoon rain showers.
High for us should be about 76°F.
Low at 61°F.

Sunday is looking about the same.
Rain showers in the morning and possibly get some in middle of the afternoon.
High of 78°F
Low at 62°F.

Having a relaxing Sunday morning here in the desert. At 11AM it was 100 degrees, humidity at 9%, wind calm, and no clouds in sight. Forecast high for today is 106 but I won't feel it because I'll be bobbing in the swimming pool most of the afternoon. The overnight low will be a comfortable 75 degrees. There are no cooling days in the forecast. Summer weather is here. However, we have 2 summer seasons. Right now, we're in the dry summer season. In a few weeks, we'll shift to the wet summer season. That's caused by a shift in our weather pattern. Winds will start coming from the south and will bring moisture with it from the gulf. That gives us our monsoons which typically happen in the afternoons and early evenings. I really do enjoy sitting on the front porch watching the massive lightning storms. That is, until they get too close. I usually retreat to the safety of the house when they get within 10 miles. Stay safe..... Jim

Monday morning weather news from Indiana. Yesterday was a beautiful sunshine day for me. Spent some time with my family and the wife's mother. Mostly a good thing by the way.

Currently a little rain shower this morning and 60°F. I can see standing water in my backyard. Probably making it a little more challenging to get the grass cut today. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

High today of 75°F with some sunshine .

Clear skies with temps in the mid 60's and highs middle to high 80's. No rain today or tomorrow. Just time to Ryde.

June is looking good so far in North-Central Florida. Not looking great for riding, but it has been raining almost every day for over a week and that looks good for the garden and the fruit trees. Most days are 90- 95 degrees F, so if you do get wet riding it is not a big deal. Ride on through the short thundershowers and you will be dried off 15 minutes later. I am just happy to get the rain for the gardens and the pastures. Got that new topper on my truck now, and I can haul feed, groceries, and other things that should not get wet, in the back of the truck. The truck topper is real handy in the kind of weather normal for north Florida. You don't need to worry about getting caught with a load of groceries or animal feed in the back of the truck when you hit by a sudden down-pour.

Currently in the Arid-Zone-A desert; 95 degrees, humidity at 16%, breeze at 4 MPH, no clouds. In the next 10 days the highs will all be above 105. And we will see some over 110! Yikes!!!!! My nightly golf cart cruises are now done only after sunset. It's actually quite peaceful and a good way to relax and unwind. My GC is capable of 30+ MPH but I usually do 6-8 MPH and enjoy the quiet night air. Last night there was the so-called strawberry moon. Here in the desert, it looked more like a big pumpkin. Bright yellowish-orange. Stay safe... Jim

Yes, here in Indiana that full moon wasn't very great. Just looked like a good ole moon to me. I believe that the media is trying to impress us. They are saying these things to help.

Yesterday's sunshine was great and very enjoyable for me. Enjoyable early morning ryde time. Currently mostly clear sky and 61°F. Find the time to Ryde your Spyder.
